Design e development

At ICS Technologies, all design and development activities are carried out in-house to preserve and grow our core know-how. Our mechanical engineers manage the complete mechanical design process, supported by preventive FEM analysis to ensure structural integrity and performance from the earliest stages. In parallel, our teams internally develop digital hardware, RF hardware including slotted waveguide arrays, as well as firmware and software. This fully integrated approach allows us to control every critical aspect of system design, delivering reliable, high-performance solutions tailored to demanding maritime and defence applications.

Production

At ICS, production is fully managed in-house to guarantee the highest levels of quality, precision, and reliability. We design and manufacture all slotted waveguide array antennas internally, ensuring full control over critical radar components. System assembly is performed by our specialized technicians following strict procedures, as radar systems demand exceptional mechanical accuracy, durability, and consistency to operate reliably in demanding maritime and defence environments.

Testing

All ICS Technologies systems undergo rigorous in-house testing to validate performance, reliability, and environmental resilience. Assembled products are subjected to environmental pre-qualification in accordance with MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461G standards, ensuring resistance to harsh operational conditions. In addition, comprehensive live and operational tests are performed on every system, independently of customer-requested FATs, to verify full functionality and readiness before delivery.

Quality

Quality control at ICS Technologies is embedded throughout the entire production lifecycle. We perform systematic benchmarking, detailed reviews of manufacturing procedures, and continuous process evaluations to ensure consistency and compliance. All quality control activities are conducted in accordance with ISO standards, allowing us to monitor critical parameters, track product variations, and maintain the highest levels of performance, reliability, and repeatability across all systems.
